Introducing Personal Training with Debra Hein!
Debra Hein is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Certified Exercise Physiologist in the Washington DC area, predominantly in the Upper Montgomery County region. She is also a certified/licensed CPR and First Aid instructor.
With over three decades of experience in the fitness and safety industry, Debra has had ample time to specialize in several special populations, such as; cancer treatment issues, MS, post stroke and cardiac, and orthopedic issues. She holds a degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University, St Paul with an emphasis in Kinesiology and Psychology, along with national certifications from American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise as a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Orthopedics Specialty. She also holds a specialty certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist.
Debra’s belief is to never stop learning and advancing knowledge. With this belief, her role as an educator is one of
the most important, to prepare the individual to take control of their situation and health, and to prepare the next generation of trainers and educators to take training into the future.
