Tiffany's yoga classes are focused on developing strength and increasing flexibility, as well as integrating breath with movement.
Deep Creek Lake Yoga classes with Tiffany focus on opening up muscular and structural restrictions that build up over time. Many pain patterns in the body’s soft tissue are related to loss of range of motion, when our bodies are made to hold postures for long periods of time.
During the warmer months, Deep Creek Lake Yoga Classes will also be offered outside from time to time, in order to enjoy our fantastic summer season and the sounds of nature. Private yoga instruction and yoga parties are available by appointment as well.
